1. About Aquarms

Aquarms is an end-to-end shrimp farming and trading marketplace that connects shrimp farmers, buyers, traders, processing units and exporters across India and globally. Our platform facilitates seed selection, pond preparation, farming support, trade listings and bidding services.

2. Eligibility

To use the Aquarms platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be engaged in or associated with shrimp farming, trading, processing or export activities
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and enquiry
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India

3. Membership & Onboarding

Membership on the Aquarms platform is subject to verification and approval by our team. By submitting an enquiry or registering as a member, you acknowledge that:

• Onboarding may take a few days as our team verifies all documents as per regulatory requirements
• The final decision on membership approval is at the sole discretion of the Aquarms team
• Aquarms reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason
• Approved members must maintain accurate and up-to-date information on their profiles

Membership plans are available at ₹1,000/year (Member), ₹5,000/year (Member+) and ₹10,000/year (Enterprise). All membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

4. Platform Use

By using the Aquarms platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to shrimp farming and trading
• Not post false, misleading or fraudulent trade listings or bids
• Not attempt to manipulate prices, bids or listings in bad faith
• Not use the platform to spam, harass or harm other users
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform without authorisation
• Not reverse engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the platform

5. Trade Listings & Bidding

All trade listings and bids on the Aquarms platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Listings must accurately represent the shrimp species, quantity, quality and pricing
• Bids placed are binding commitments — traders are expected to honour winning bids
• Aquarms acts as a facilitating platform and is not a party to any transaction between farmers and traders
• Aquarms does not guarantee the quality, quantity or delivery of any listed products
• Disputes between farmers and traders must be resolved between the parties — Aquarms may assist in mediation but is not liable for any losses
• Aquarms reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Aquarms is not responsible for payment disputes between buyers and sellers. Any payment arrangements made outside the platform are solely between the transacting parties.

Membership subscription fees are collected directly by Aquarms and are governed by the applicable membership plan selected at the time of registration.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aquarms platform — including the Aquarms name, logo, design, text, images and software — is the intellectual property of Aquarms and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce or distribute any content from the platform without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Aquarms platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or availability of the platform. Aquarms does not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times
• The information on the platform is always accurate, complete or up to date
• Any trade listed on the platform will result in a successful transaction

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aquarms and its team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or business opportunities
• Loss or damage to data
• Disputes or losses arising from trades conducted through the platform
• Unauthorised access to your account or data

10. Privacy

Your use of the Aquarms platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

11. Termination

Aquarms reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate any of these Terms and Conditions
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent, harmful or illegal activities
• Fail to pay applicable membership fees

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

Aquarms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
